Being A Woman, Lifestyle, Product Review

Looking For Premium Women’s Wear? Try Binks

I doubt if there is anyone who doesn’t buy online stuff, whether for daily needs, kitchen needs, apparel, or electronics. It’s been years since online platforms have emerged as a basic necessity irrespective of city or town in which you live. They are reaching out across the globe. The another factor is visibility of products which you might not see in one particular city but wants to explore. Scrolling multiple reels and going through various products available in the market is the easiest deed one may have. Sitting in your home and doing shopping is the best comfort which has evolved in today’s time.

Now, women’s apparel has outdone more than expected. The options, materials, and prints available online have no match to the physical stores. I’m not advocating online shopping over offline pleasure, but one can’t deny how easy shopping has become. You buy what you need, and if it doesn’t suit, then return or exchange it. But one needs to be careful with fraudulent accounts that show dresses but work only through WhatsApp numbers. It might be fraud or anyone copying some well-known brand’s content to gather views. That’s quite confusing at times, and it is rather difficult to gauge the sanctity of the brand.

I do like a lot of stuff that comes under my feed. A lot of dresses look quite good and affordable with lots of likes and comments, but the only concern is, what if this is not what’s been shown? or your money going down the drain with no return policy. So many equations are popping up then, and I resort to the same known online platforms like Myntra and Ajio with NOT-so-appealing dresses as compared to independent social media accounts. This becomes more difficult when you look for some silk blend material or readymade stuff or maybe something which is typically a part of a woman’s wardrobe. So, everything comes to a circle if one can take the risk of trying a new website or some random Instagram account with a good number of followers, which can be bought anytime.

I’ve been an ardent Silk fan for decades now. Back then in the 90s, when only silk was taken as special wear, I never tried to replace it with synthetic ones. Silk or handmade fabric gives you a different kind of feel. Something unique, gentle on the skin, colorful, comfortable, and helping hands for many artisans across India who are keeping this culture alive with their speciality. I keep buying a lot of handmade material from the handicraft exhibitions where artisans across India showcase and sell their special handwoven fabric, but such exhibitions are for a limited period and won’t last throughout the year. Also, you might see repetitive prints and patterns which no one wants to repeat.

While hunting for the silk kurta, I tried Binks, a website which also offers a wide variety of women’s wardrobe needs in all the possible sizes. While a lot of brands still have limited versions in size, this has almost all the sizes covered, catering to their needs. This particular kurta is made of silk with satin lining beneath, beautiful color combination with thread work to enhance the look and of course the comfort in wearing. They do have a lot of other combinations to fulfill your festive needs.

Below are the images of the Silk kurta I’ve bought:
